These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Your Time Services, LLC’s website and coaching/consulting services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Your Time Services, LLC offers leadership coaching, life coaching, consulting, training, and related professional development services.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information when engaging our services
Participate actively in coaching or consulting sessions
Respect confidentiality and intellectual property shared during services
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
We process payments securely through Stripe.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Session cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your client agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of all client information except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
Your Time Services, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Coaching and consulting do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Your Time Services, LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
